Every package is a single one-time payment. Nothing on this site renews, no card is stored for future billing, and no charge is ever taken unless you start it yourself. “Plan” here means a package size, not a billing cycle. Prices are in EUR and nothing costs more than €50.

Exactly what is and is not in the price

What we need from you

  • Your raw clips, product shots or existing footage
  • Which platform the package is for — TikTok, Instagram Reels or YouTube Shorts
  • Your brand colours, logo and fonts if you have them
  • A sentence on the audience and the action you want them to take

Delivery times start once we have all of this, not at the moment of payment.

What is not included

  • AI-generated video, synthetic presenters or AI voice clones — every reel is cut by hand from footage you send us
  • Filming or on-location shooting — you supply the raw clips, product shots or existing footage
  • Paid ad spend, account access or posting on your behalf
  • Any recurring charge — each package is bought once and nothing renews

Payment

How buying a package works

  1. 1. You buy the package

    Click the button on the package you want. You are taken to a hosted PayPal checkout page showing the exact amount in EUR. PayPal balance, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover are accepted, and you can pay as a guest without a PayPal account. Your statement will show PAYPAL *ASTROVIDS.

  2. 2. You send your footage and brief

    We email you within 24 hours of your purchase with an upload link and a short brief form — which platform, your audience, and the action you want viewers to take. Nothing else is charged at any point.

  3. 3. We deliver, you review

    Starter and Basic arrive within 48 hours; Pro takes up to 3 business days and Premium up to 5. Your package’s revision rounds are included, and you have 14 days from delivery to raise a revision or refund request.
