Khadija Oulahyan operates as an individual, under the trading name AstroVids. We sell one thing: fixed-price packages of short-form vertical video ("reels") for TikTok, Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts, edited from footage the customer supplies. Depending on the package, a delivery may also include cover images, written ad copy, an optimised description, hashtags and a posting schedule. All work is delivered electronically. We have no retail premises and do not ship physical goods.

Two points are stated here because customers and payment reviewers ask them. We do not sell AI-generated video, synthetic presenters or cloned voices — every reel is edited by hand from real footage supplied by the customer. We do not operate subscriptions — every package is a single one-time purchase, nothing renews, and no payment credential is stored for future billing.

All card payments are processed by PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A.. Receipts, invoices and refunds are issued by Khadija Oulahyan in EUR. See our Payments & Delivery page for accepted payment methods, delivery timeframes and the statement descriptor that will appear on your card statement.
