Terms of Service

These Terms of Service are a contract between you and Khadija Oulahyan, an individual trading as AstroVids, of Hay Bni Makada Lakdima, Avenue El Hind Nr 121, 90000 Tanger, Morocco ("we", "us", "AstroVids"). By buying a package or otherwise using our services you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not buy from or use our services. These terms apply to all clients and visitors.

AstroVids sells fixed-price packages of short-form vertical video ("reels") for TikTok, Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts. Each package is edited from footage you supply and covers one platform. What each package contains — the number of reels, cover images, ad copy, descriptions, hashtags, hook variations, posting schedule and revision rounds — is listed in full on the Plans page, and that list is the agreed scope of your order.

We do not sell AI-generated video. Every reel is edited by hand from real footage you provide. We do not supply synthetic presenters, generated footage or cloned voices, and nothing we deliver is machine-generated video.

We do not film. You supply the raw clips, product shots or existing footage, together with the platform and a short brief. Filming, on-location shooting, paid ad spend, account access and posting on your behalf are outside every package.

• Every package has a fixed price, shown in full on the Plans page and again on the checkout page before you confirm. There is nothing to negotiate and no amount is added later.
• All prices, charges and refunds are in EUR. You are responsible for any currency conversion or foreign transaction fees charged by your own bank.
• Payment is taken in full when you buy the package. There are no deposits, instalments or balances falling due later.
• Payments are processed by PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A.. We accept PayPal balance, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover. We do not receive or store your full card number.
• Charges appear on your statement as PAYPAL *ASTROVIDS.
• We do not operate subscriptions. Every package is a single one-time charge. Nothing renews, no billing agreement is created, and we do not store your card or any other payment credential for future use. If you want more reels you buy another package yourself. The word "plan" in a package name refers to its size, not to a billing cycle.
• Prices are exclusive of any sales, use or value-added tax. Where such tax applies it will be shown separately at checkout or on your invoice.
• Work outside the package contents listed on the Plans page is quoted separately and never billed by surprise.

All deliverables are digital and are supplied electronically by download link or email. Nothing is physically shipped, so no shipping charges apply.

• Starter and Basic packages are delivered within 48 hours. Pro is delivered within 3 business days and Premium within 5 business days.
• These timeframes run from the point we have everything we need from you — your footage, your chosen platform and your brief — not from the moment of payment. We ask for all of it within 24 hours of your purchase.
• The delivery date confirmed to you by email for your specific order prevails over these general timeframes.
• If a deadline is at risk we will tell you before it passes and agree a revised date or a refund with you.
• Rush delivery may be available. We confirm whether it is possible, and any additional cost, before you buy.

Revisions, cancellation and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. A practical summary is on our Payments & Delivery page.

You retain ownership of content you provide to us ("Your Content"). By sharing it, you grant AstroVids a limited license to use, edit, and process it solely to deliver your project.

• You own or have the necessary rights to Your Content.
• Your Content does not infringe any third-party rights.
• Your Content complies with applicable laws and platform policies.

Once your package is paid, you own the final reels and cover images we create for you. Some deliverables incorporate third-party licensed material — for example stock music, stock footage or licensed fonts. That material is not ours to transfer: it remains the property of its licensor and is supplied to you under that licensor's terms, which we identify on delivery. If you need a specific usage right, such as paid advertising, broadcast or resale, tell us before we start editing so we can license accordingly. We may use non-confidential examples of our work in our portfolio and marketing unless you request otherwise in writing.

You agree not to request work that:

• Is illegal, defamatory, obscene, or harmful.
• Infringes the intellectual property rights of others.
• Violates applicable laws or third-party platform policies.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Khadija Oulahyan shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the package giving rise to the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Morocco, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Morocco, and you and Khadija Oulahyan each consent to that jurisdiction and venue. Nothing in this clause removes any right you have to bring a claim in the courts of your own country of residence where consumer law gives you that right.

Before starting any formal proceeding, please contact us at contact@astrovids.com so we can try to resolve the matter directly. If your payment was made by card, raising the issue with us first is usually faster than a chargeback, and we will always work with you in good faith.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes are communicated before they take effect. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
