Payments & Delivery

Khadija Oulahyan, trading as AstroVids, sells fixed-price packages of short-form vertical video ("reels") for TikTok, Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts. Every reel is edited by hand from footage you supply. Everything we deliver is a digital file — we do not sell or ship physical goods.

• AV Starter Plan — €10 EUR. 1 edited vertical reel with cover image. Delivered within 48 hours, 1 revision round included.
• AV Basic Plan — €12 EUR. 1 edited vertical reel with cover image, ad copy, description and hashtags. Delivered within 48 hours, 1 revision round included.
• AV Pro Plan — €25 EUR. 3 edited vertical reels with cover image, ad copy, description and hashtags. Delivered within 3 business days, 2 revision rounds included.
• AV Premium Plan — €50 EUR. 6 edited vertical reels with cover image, ad copy, description and hashtags. Delivered within 5 business days, 3 revision rounds included.

Prices run from €10 to €50 EUR and nothing costs more than €50. The full contents of each package are on our Plans page.

Not included in any package: AI-generated video, synthetic presenters or AI voice clones — every reel is cut by hand from footage you send us; Filming or on-location shooting — you supply the raw clips, product shots or existing footage; Paid ad spend, account access or posting on your behalf; Any recurring charge — each package is bought once and nothing renews.

1. You choose a package on the Plans page. Its full contents and fixed price are listed there before you click anything.
2. You pay securely. The button takes you to a hosted PayPal checkout page showing the exact amount in EUR. You enter your payment details on PayPal's own PCI-compliant page, never on this website. You can pay as a guest without a PayPal account. This is a single charge; nothing is set up to renew.
3. You send your footage and brief. We email you within 24 hours of your purchase with an upload link and a short form — which platform, your audience, and the action you want viewers to take.
4. We produce and deliver within the timeframes in section 5, then revise within the rounds your package includes until the work matches what was listed.

All payments are processed by PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A.. We accept:

Payment details are entered directly on PayPal’s systems. We never receive, see or store your full card number or security code. Read the PayPal Privacy Policy.

• All prices, charges and refunds are in EUR.
• Charges appear on your card statement as PAYPAL *ASTROVIDS. If you do not recognise a charge, contact us before disputing it — we will identify it for you the same business day.
• Nothing renews automatically and we never store your card to bill you again. Every package is a single one-time charge. We do not sell subscriptions, retainers or recurring plans of any kind, and no billing agreement is created when you buy. If you want more reels, you buy another package yourself, whenever it suits you.
• The full price is taken at the point of purchase. There are no deposits, instalments or balances falling due later, and no amount is ever added to what the checkout page showed you.
• Prices exclude any sales, use or value-added tax. Where such tax applies it is shown separately at checkout or on your invoice. You are responsible for any bank conversion or foreign transaction fees.

All deliverables are digital and are supplied by download link or email. There are no shipping costs and no physical dispatch.

Timeframes run from the point we have both your payment and everything we need from you — your footage, your chosen platform and your brief. The delivery date confirmed to you by email always prevails over the general timeframes above. If a deadline is ever at risk, we tell you before it passes and agree a new date or a refund with you. Rush delivery may be available — we confirm feasibility and any extra cost before you buy.

• Cancel before work starts and any amount paid is refunded in full.
• Every project includes revision rounds; pricing is per project, not per revision.
• You have 14 days from delivery to request a revision or a refund review.
• Approved refunds are returned through PayPal to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Each package covers one platform — TikTok, Instagram Reels or YouTube Shorts — and costs the same whichever you choose, because the editing work is identical and only the export specification changes. You tell us which one in the brief form we email after your purchase. If you need the same reels re-exported for a second platform, ask us before delivery and we will confirm any extra cost first.

Contact us first — it is almost always faster than a chargeback, and we will resolve legitimate refund requests without one.
