Every package is a set of finished vertical reels with a custom cover image for each one. Starter is a single reel and thumbnail for €10. Basic adds written ad copy, an optimised description and researched hashtags for €12. Pro is three reels for €25, and Premium is six reels with a posting schedule for €50.

No. Every reel is cut by hand from footage you send us — your clips, product shots or existing content. We do not sell AI-generated video, synthetic presenters or cloned voices, and nothing we deliver is machine-generated footage. What you get back is your own material, edited, captioned and packaged so it is ready to publish.

No. Every package is a single one-time payment. Nothing renews, we never store your card, and no charge is ever taken without you starting it yourself. The word 'plan' here means a package size, not a recurring billing cycle. When you want more reels, you simply buy another package whenever it suits you.

TikTok, Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts. Each package covers one platform, and the price is the same whichever you choose, because the editing work is identical — only the export spec changes. Everything is delivered vertical 9:16 at that platform's exact length and format, so your reel looks native where you publish it.

Your raw clips, product shots or existing footage, which platform the package is for, and a sentence on your audience and the action you want them to take. Send your logo, brand colours and fonts if you have them. We do not film, so the footage has to come from you — that is what keeps the prices where they are.

Starter and Basic are delivered within 48 hours. Pro takes up to 3 business days and Premium up to 5. The clock starts once we have your footage and brief. Starter and Basic include one revision round, Pro includes two, and Premium includes three, so you can adjust the cut, captions or cover before you publish.

You buy directly from the plan you want using a secure PayPal payment link. All prices are in euros and appear on your statement as PAYPAL *ASTROVIDS. You can pay with your PayPal balance or with a Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover card as a guest. Card details are handled entirely by PayPal — we never see or store your card number.

Tell us within 14 days of delivery. Revisions are included in every package, so our first step is always to fix the edit through a revision round. If we cannot get it right, approved refunds are returned through PayPal to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Full details are in our Refund Policy.

AstroVids is run by Khadija Oulahyan from Tangier, Morocco, working with clients worldwide. You deal directly with the person editing your reels, not a queue or a reseller. We communicate by email and phone and typically reply within 24 hours, Monday to Friday, 9:00–18:00 UTC+1.
